With 15 years in the staffing industry, Denia's groundbreaking experience was with Robert Half (the world's first and largest specialized financial recruiting service) as a recruiting manager. Because of her successful career she was promoted to manage one of the most lucrative accounting divisions.
A culmination of her career to date has been corporate training, development manager and division director. Denia's knowledge and experience has positioned her into top leadership positions within the staffing industry. She successfully launched profitable permanent placement and temporary divisions in the US. Denia has conducted classroom style and webinar trainings for Regional VP's, Branch Managers and consultants.
She presides over the Volunteer Leadership program for the Community Action Team (CAT) in Berkeley, CA and is a sought after life coach and motivational speaker in the San Francisco Bay Area.
